The polyurethane waterproofing system ISOMAT PU SYSTEM is applied in a wide range of projects, such as flat roofs (terraces), metal decks, open parking areas, etc. It is suitable for both new and existing structures, providing long-term protection that can last up to 25 years.
Following proper substrate preparation, the ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM PREMIUM external thermal insulation system was applied, using 100 mm graphite expanded polystyrene (EPS) boards. The selected finishing coat was MARMOCRYL DECOR 2 mm.
THERMOSYSTEM PREMIUM is the ideal solution for façades with high demands for durability and long-term performance. The system allows the building to breathe, as it is highly vapor-permeable, and it represents an excellent choice for the renovation of existing constructions.

- ISOFLEX PU-510 – One-component, polyurethane, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane for roofs.
- ISOFLEX PU-710 – One-component, elastic polyurethane protective coating, UV-resistant.
- Polyester reinforcement fabric.
- DUROCRET-PLUS – Fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cement-based repair mortar (PCC R3).
- DUROCRET-PLUS – Fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cement-based repair mortar (PCC R3).
- ISOMAT AK-T35 – Fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cement-based adhesive for thermal insulation boards.
- ISOMAT AK-T55 – High-performance, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cement-based adhesive for thermal insulation boards.
- MARMOCRYL DÉCOR 2 mm – Ready-to-use, acrylic, highly water-repellent textured finishing render.
- ML-PRIMER – Water-based, silicone-acrylic primer for renders, tintable.
- ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM EPS GRAPHITE 80 – Graphite expanded polystyrene insulation boards.
- Ancillary materials – Mechanical fixing anchors, corner beads, reinforcing fiberglass mesh, etc.
