Refurbishment of Interior and Exterior Masonry
For the protection and maintenance of the exterior masonry, the FLEX-PRIMER and FLEXCOAT system by ISOMAT was used. FLEX-PRIMER is a high-penetration, water-based acrylic primer. ISOMAT FLEXCOAT is a top-quality elastic waterproof coating based on 100% acrylic UV cross-linking resins. It provides complete waterproofing of walls against rain. It offers high elasticity with the ability to bridge capillary cracks up to 1 mm and maintains its elasticity from -20°C to +80°C.

For the refurbishment of the interior masonry, the ecological paints ISOMAT PREMIUM and PROFESSIONAL COLOR ECO were applied. They are characterized by excellent workability, coverage, and high resistance to frequent washing. They are certified with Indoor Air Comfort GOLD, which sets the strictest criteria for very low emissions of volatile organic compounds, contributing to excellent indoor air quality and ensuring a healthy and safe living environment.

Protection of Metal Surfaces
Given the highly corrosive environment, since the hotel is located a short distance from the coast, the robust anti-corrosion system by RUST-OLEUM was selected for the maintenance and protection of metal surfaces. The system consists of the ANTI-RUST COMBIPRIMER primer and the COMBICOLOR ORIGINAL SMOOTH coating.

Tile Grouting in Wet Areas
For grouting the tiles in the hotel room bathrooms, the two-component, solvent-free epoxy grout MULTIFILL EPOXY THIXO was applied. Once cured, it exhibits high compressive and flexural strength and excellent adhesion. MULTIFILL EPOXY THIXO is resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, concrete-corroding liquids, cleaning agents, seawater, and saline water. It is suitable for joint widths of 1.5-10 mm on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It offers high resistance to water and abrasion without discoloration.
